Online Community Classes

Our online classes are a great way to access practice and find community no matter where you are. We offer a range of classes in meditation, movement, contemplative sciences and other healing traditions. All classes are delivered using tested tools and methods to ensure an accessible and inclusive experience.

Free Community Class: Intro to Mindfulness (45 mins)

First Saturday of the Month, 8:00am (GMT+8, Hong Kong)

We offer Free Online Mindfulness Classes once a month. This is a perfect way to experience a Short Introduction to Mindfulness for free. Spaces are limited.

Free Community Class: Laughing Yoga (30 mins)

Second Sunday of the Month, 9:30am (GMT+8, Hong Kong)

Laughing Yoga is amazing! Laugh your way through a head-to-toe exercise that awakens your whole body, invigorates and cleanses your system, and brings joy and love to your heart! Suitable for all ages and backgrounds.

Essentials of Mindfulness Course: 6 weeks (1 hour per week)

Group 1: Thursday 7pm

Group 2: Saturday 8am

Group 3: Saturday 10am (中文)

This 6-week online class is suitable for those who are interested in exploring Mindfulness Meditation. No prior experience needed.
